Gabrielle B Jordan (Landry)
Gabrielle ""Gaby"" (Landry) Jordan, 84, of East St, died Friday, February 2, 2018, with her loving family by her side after a long struggle in her battle with leukemia. She was the wife of the late Bernell ""Lefty"" Jordan, married in 1955 at St. Theresa's Church in Blackstone, MA. and daughter of the late Theodore and Germaine (Dalpe) Landry.

She is survived by her two sons, Bruce Jordan and his wife, Anne of Woonsocket, RI and Gary Jordan of Albion, RI; three grandchildren, Theodore Jordan and his wife, Erin, Heather Bailey and the late Richard Bailey, three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Russell and Grant; her siblings, Lucille (Landry) Ortner and Robert Landry of Sarasota, Florida, Pauline Landry and Muriel (Landry) Murray of Woonsocket, RI; her godchild, Yvette Gabrielle Remillard; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gaby was born during the Great Depression and raised on Auclair St. amidst the ""Dalpe family homestead"". She worked at several textile mills in the Box Pond area of Bellingham, MA until her marriage in 1955.Gaby was manager of the school lunch kitchen program for the State of Rhode Island in Cumberland and No. Smithfield until her retirement.During her retirement years, she was an avid cross country skier, hiker, bicyclist, tennis player, pickle ball player, clogger and dancer in RI and Ft.
