Jennifer Heroux, 43 of North Providence, passed away late Monday night, August 1, 2016 holding her favorite Teddy bear and surrounded by people who loved her.
Jennifer was the daughter of Ronald and Mary Heroux and is survived by one sister Shannon Walker of Tiverton and her dear friends Missy Menard and Terri Fournier and Midnight her precious cat by whom she will be sorely missed.
Jennifer was a kind and gentle woman, but had an unwavering fighting spirit. She bravely battled breast cancer until the very end. She was an animal lover and animals were drawn to her tenderness.
She was also a big fan of Disney and snacking on French fries. She enjoyed spending time with friends and looked forward to the Gloria Gemma Foundation’s Highway to Hope Motorcycle Run every year, where she hitched a ride for a scenic tour.
In addition, she loved the Foundation’s annual Flames of Hope at Water-fire and was proud to be a torchbearer. This peaceful young woman touched so many lives, and she will be greatly missed. Her favorite color was pink, and she requested that people wear pink to her Celebration of Life to be held at St. Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main Street, West Warwick on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 10:00AM.
